Training of new employees consists of :
1.Theoritical training :
– Acquire theoretical training for the new employee who will take theoretical tests after a week.
2.Practical training on new product workstations :
– Provide new employees with practical training through stain that will fade after a week specific tests per task + Rump up evaluation with 40% efficiency objective.
3.Practical training on the training line:
– After a week all employees practice their tasks +Ramp up evaluation with objective 60% efficiency with QM confirmation, if the result is IO the whole group will be assigned to the line formass production.
